I truly am in love with the Slice Safety Cutter! As most of you know I sometimes(always) get behind of clipping my coupons so when I finally do sit down to drudge through the stacks before I'm halfway through my hands are cramping up from the endless motion of cutting with the scissors. So I sat down with my stack to test out the Slice! Oh what a relief it was. My hands never cramped up and I got done lots quicker.
I almost always cut several of the same coupons at one time to cut back on cutting over and over, the Slice Safety Cutter sliced right through my stack with no rips - super easy!!
You know those oh hard to open plastic packages that you really don't understand why they have to package them that way? The Slice works perfectly on those.
The best thing about the Slice is I can let my kids use this to either cut my coupons or to work on their craft projects and not have to be the worry wort mom that I am afraid that they'll cut a finger off.
I do recommend that you use a cutting board or something you don't mind getting scraped a little. It will scratch the surface that your using if you don't place something under your coupons.
I also find this to be a very valuable tool for any couponer or scrap-booker. The Slice Safety Cutter is something I will keep in my binder from now on. To be able to use this in the store on short notice if I ever needed to would be so much better than having to pull out my scissors.
