Laura's Binder Step by Step

So as promised I'm going to show and tell you all step by step how I do my binder. Each person is different so it's key to remember there is no right or wrong way to organize your coupons. It's all about what's right for you!!

Most people starting out go with a 1 1/2 inch binder which is great. Mine that I just got as most of you have seen is a Double Ring Binder & I love it!!! :)

Ok now for what's inside my binder :)

*I chose to use the A-Z Tab Dividers & it works great for me. I bought these at Wal-Mart for around $3.00*

*I'm not sure if you can see the picture of how I do my categories but here they are from a-z.
A. Breakfast
B. Pasta's
C. Soups & Breads
D. Baking
E. Prepared Foods/Sides
F. Condiments
G. Drinks
H. Fridge Items
I. Yogurt
J. Freezer
K. Snacks/Candy
L. Baby
M. Paper Products
N. Cleaners
O. Washing
P. Misc.
Q. Air Freshners
R. Medicine
S. Make Up
T. Oral Care
U. Body Wash
V. Hair Care
W. Lotions/Deod.
X. Shaving
Y. Feminie Products
Z. Pets
*Everyone's catergories are going to be different depending on your family & what you buy*

*Now I use the Baseball card holders to put all my coupons in. You can buy these at Wal-Mart, Hobby Lobby, any card collector store, or even the Flea Market. Prices range from around $5 to $20 just depending where & how many you buy. Starting out I would put at least 2 Baseball card sheets between every divider...but trust me some categories well grow much larger than that. My breakfast & snack has at least 6-7 in each one if not more.
**I guess it's important for you to know I do cut all my coupons, I don't file them :)

**Then in the very back is where I put all my store coupon policies. I put these into Protective Sleeves. That I also got from Wal-Mart. These are also great to hold your sales ad if you don't any other place in your binder to keep them.

*Also in my binder I make sure & keep a pair of scissors, notepad, pens, & a calculater.

*And with my binder I'm able to put my Register Rewards, Rain Checks etc as shown.

**I hope this helps all of you that are trying to start up your Coupon Binder. Feel free to ask any questions**
