Chad and I decided to check out the Food Lion Super Store Brand Sale and see what all we could get for a pretty good deal. Plus I wanted to make a post about how you could shop and save without using coupons because I know there are several people out there that do not want to use coupons. We got some pretty good deals on the Store Brand Sale but we were more excited about the price cuts they have on meats, etc. Now prices may vary by store and the mark downs we found you might not find at your local Food Lion.
So here's our breakdown, the ONLY coupons we used were on the Scrubbing Bubbles at Family Dollar, no other coupons were used.

**Remember only coupons used were the 3 for scrubbing bubbles. This shows if you plan right you can save money without using coupons and we got lots of meats and stuff we eat all the time**

I ran into FL today to do my beer rebate shopping (I don't usually shop FL but I go just for the beer rebate forms!) and scanned my card and got a $1/$10 Butcher brand purchase and $1/$10 produce purchase. I plan on using the $1/10 at HT tonight to get some BOGO fruits! I got marked down meat with the $1/$10 and got 3 packages beef ribs and 1 pot roast for about $11
